I talked with local activist and schools watchdog Rene Amy about PUSD's announcement that they'll put a school bond measure on the November ballot asking tax payers to approve $350 million for facilities improvements. He emphatically said "No way Hosea!" He said they wasted the funds they recieved from Measure Y, and fool us once shame on them, fool us twice, forget it!
